| This installation was a debacle! Another HVAC professional called it the work of someone competent, but too lazy to do it the right way. The paper filter installed was improper and inadequate, the UV lamps were installed too close to the wiring and were already taking a toll on the tape that was used in the sloppy, but expensive install.
This was yesterday that I had it fixed by a professional and I will be in touch with A1 tomorrow. Our plumbing experience with A1 was unsatisfactory as well. (See More) Wade H. 02/28/13 |

| Your whole team starting with Justin on through Jason and finalized with the installation team of Corey G and Kelly B did an excellent job with the replacement of our furnace and air conditioner. We were expecting the whole job to take at least a day and a half. Corey and Kelly arrived around 8:15 AM and wrapped up the project before 3:00PM. Jason was correct about Kelly's sheet metal skills. He did a fantastic job of reworking the metal for the new unit. Corey did all the outside work as well as the furnace wiring along with the thermostat installation. His directions on the operation of the system were clear and concise (now if we can remember everything he covered ha ha). I used to have a boss that gave all the workers an "ATTABOY" when we did a good job. Both Kelly and Corey deserve a big ATTABOY. for a job well done. Thanks guys! | The circuit board went out in our furnace, Shaun came out on Sunday within an hour of calling, he was clean and polite, and very informative, it was 50 degrees in my house. He explained everything fully with what was happening and first thing Monday morning looked for a local circuit board for my replacement, met me at the house at lunchtime and gave me some much needed heat. Wade was quick and clear on what was wrong, and did a great job of explaining what we needed to do, and options if we wanted them. | We came home from a brief trip and found our house much colder than usual. Although we turned up the thermostat, nothing happened and there was no ignition. We called "Perfect Air" and quickly had service. Cory G. was here with a smile and great support! He was able to get the part we needed to make it work until we are ready to replace the complete furnace.
